Wake me up when September Ends

Again I have spent an entire day playing Kelly. We had to redo a few of the scenes from last time because the lighting and sound was bad, but it didn't matter, we improved them dramatically as it always helps to actually know your lines when acting! We also did the really sad "goodbye" bit where Paul says goodbye to Kelly and gives her the necklace she wears for the rest of the film and the crying in this scene was genuine. I didn't know I was so good at acting crying. It probably helped that we did it just after the break-up scene so all the sad ones were together. All we have left now is the picnic scene and the resteraunt scene (more crying). It wasn't actually as awkward as I thought it would be acting all in love with Michael and he gave me a hug when I started crying which will look really good in the final edits. Today, after one of the scenes I had to get changed so went to the bathroom and put my necklace in a jewellery box so he could give it to me as Paul. When I came back into the room, he was stood in exactly the same place as he had been for one of the scenes, in the same stance with the camera in the same position, but wearing nothing more than his boxer shorts and a pair of socks. I couldn't believe he did the whole scene so seriously dressed like that, I was crying with laughter!! Apparently that's going to be one of the deletes scenes on the final DVD. At least he was wearing fairly covering boxers, although I couldn't tell you what was on them, I didn't look that long!

Emily has been trying to get me to go to the Lincoln Christmas market tonight, and so has Michael now as he'll be there too. I wasn't going to go due to lack of funding but my disability living allowance money went in early so I now have quite a bit as a safety net, so I may go and see if I can find any cheap but thoughtful gifts for people. Mum and Dad and Brendan and Luke have all been catered for in the Christmas presents department as have 2 of Emily's housemates Jo and Dan. I have to buy Emily's present and one for Gypsy, Matt, my Uncle Kevin and My Grandparents, although I already have their presents in half and I won't be finding the other half at the christmas market!

It's my first year of university in the city of Lincoln, I have nothing to do tonight as I'm between projects in Photography and don't have anything to do in video, my boyfriends laptop is broken so I wont be talking to him and I'm bored. Yes, Christmas market time it is!!
